Rental Terms

1. Appliances Provided

One (1) washer and one (1) dryer.

2. Monthly Rent

$60, due each month on the same date as the original agreement signing (the 'Start Date').

3. Start Date

Date of Customer's signature on the rental agreement.

4. Payment Method

Venmo / PayPal / Zelle / Stripe (card on file).

5. Contract Length

Month-to-month (minimum 6 months recommended).

6. Delivery & Installation

Included at no extra charge.

7. Maintenance & Repairs

Provided at no cost. If the unit stops working, it will be repaired or replaced.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Use appliances in a safe and proper manner. Notify the Owner immediately of any issues. Allow access for repair or pickup if needed.

9. Early Termination

Customer may end rental with written notice. Appliances must be returned in reasonable condition (normal wear and tear accepted).

10. Ownership

Appliances remain property of the Owner at all times.

11. Liability

Customer agrees that the Owner is not responsible for damages caused by misuse, neglect, or improper use of appliances. The Owner will take reasonable care during delivery and installation, but is not responsible for any incidental damage to floors, walls, doors, hookups, or surrounding areas that may occur during delivery, installation, or removal of appliances.
