Questions

Common questions

Do you check credit?
No. The rental offer does not require a credit check. We still verify the delivery details so the set goes to the right place.
How much is washer and dryer rental in San Antonio?
The standard rental set is $60/month. Delivery, installation, maintenance, and rental repairs are included. There is no deposit, no delivery fee, and no setup fee, so $60 is the only charge.
Do you have stackable washer and dryer rentals for apartments?
Yes, stackable and space-saving sets are available when inventory allows. Call first so we can match the set to your hookups and space.
What happens if the rental washer or dryer breaks?
Rental repairs are included. If we need to take a machine in, we work to keep you covered with a loaner or replacement.
Can I buy a used washer and dryer instead?
Yes. Used and refurbished sets start at $450 when available. They are tested, cleaned, and include a 30-day warranty.
Do you repair washers and dryers I already own?
Yes. We repair washers and dryers in San Antonio. The diagnostic is $50, credited toward the repair if you have us do the work, and you get a free loaner while we fix yours.
Do you offer rent-to-own?
Yes, you can ask about rent-to-own. We explain the current terms up front before you sign anything.
Is there a minimum rental period?
Yes. The rental has a 6 month minimum. After 6 months it continues month to month for as long as you want it.
Do I need a deposit or a signup fee?
No. There is no deposit, no signup fee, and no application fee. Your first payment is due on delivery day.
What do I need to get started?
Five things: a photo of your laundry space, a photo of your dryer outlet, your phone number, your address, and your move in date. No ID, no payment, and no credit check to get started.
What happens on delivery day?
We verify your photo ID, sign the rental agreement, and set up your card for the monthly payment. Delivery, installation, and hookups are included in the $60.
How fast can you deliver a washer and dryer?
Usually 1 to 2 days when the set you need is in stock. If it is not in stock, about a week.
Do you rent gas dryers?
No. We rent electric dryers only. Send a photo of your dryer outlet and we confirm the set matches your hookup before delivery.

Honest fit

When renting is not your best option

You need it for less than 6 months

Our rental has a 6 month minimum. For a shorter stay, buy a used set instead. $450 with delivery, hoses, and installation included.

Your laundry space is plumbed for gas

We rent electric dryers only. If your hookup is gas, a rental will not work. Send a photo of your outlet and we tell you before you commit.

You cannot put a card on autopay

Rentals require a card on autopay. We do not collect cash every month. If that does not work for you, a used set is the better path.

Already own a washer and dryer that stopped working? We repair those too.
